We will review your AppFolio & Quickbooks Online to flag any major items requiring attention, and note if there is no issue preventing us from moving forward.
We will set up a dedicated Slack account so that we can begin communicating with you and your team. The Slack account will also include a Kanban system so that your team may submit requests and see them tracked to completion. We will also establish a secure client portal for you to securely share files, and streamline how we communicate. Last, we will also set up a recurring meeting schedule to work through the entire onboarding process.
